A message to our valued clients and partners during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The CULA team is still here working hard for you — our credit unions, dealer partners, and lessees. With the onset of COVID-19, we want you to know we are continuing to offer support and our full suite of services. All employees are still available at their usual phone numbers and emails, and we continue to maintain our normal office hours.
We prepared for remote work as we monitored the status of the coronavirus. With the help of our parent company, we have implemented additional data security protocols and technology solutions that enable our employees to work effectively and securely from home. Our employees took extra precautions in the office and last week we completed the transition to a 100% remote workforce. Travel and in-person meetings are currently restricted, but we are keeping in touch through phone, email, and online conferencing.
Our team is continuing to process leases and make outbound calls to lessees. As always, our call center is available to answer questions 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
